Orders fulfilled from Miami, Florida, USA.

Delivery to the US: 3-7 days

Delivery to EU: 5-14 days

Delivery to Latin America: 14-26 days

Rest of the world: up to 4 weeks

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Requirements for Returns:

• Must include a valid original purchase order number from getkraft.co. Purchases made outside of getkraft.co (or any subdomain such as live.getkraft.co) must contact respective seller for returns.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
• Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
• Free returns are only eligible in the US
• You'll have 30 days to return the package for a full refund
